Better Estimate through 3D Design Modeling
Geometric 3D modeling allows us to build the basis of the sales estimate with piece ticket takeoffs. From these 3D models, estimating software defines the scope of work and Building Information Model (BIM) characteristics for a more sustainable and cost-efficient building operation.
These models permit design teams to see, manipulate and adjust projects quickly to meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations.

BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL
BIM is used to design and document building and infrastructure designs. Every detail of a building is modeled to explore design options and to create visualizations that help stakeholders understand what the building will look like before it’s built. The model is then used to generate the design documentation for construction.
High Concrete Group uses Tekla® Structures for precast building information modeling (BIM), providing 3D project visualization and execution of shop drawings. The tool is faster and is less error-prone than 2D drawing techniques. BIM models permit design teams to see, manipulate and adjust projects quickly to meet quality and schedule expectations.
