Tom has over 17 years of experience working in the field of construction specifically 13 years in precast concrete construction. When working with clients he uses his project management experience to guide them to the right project outcomes that will benefit them and their organization the best. Using this approcach Tom has been able to assist clients across the mid-Atlantic and mid-west with their parking garage and concrete structure needs.
